We absolutely love having Dacia McComb as our realtor! Dacia has been walking with us in the whole process of buying our first home. It has been so great to work with her. Dacia's extensive knowledge of the industry and San Diego market, teamed with her gracious, patient demeanor has been so refreshing. My husband and I are incredibly picky about what we want, and have completely opposite tastes in homes, however Dacia has such a great way at helping us come together and figure out what's most important for both of us. She's amazing at this! At the same time we never feel rushed in the process which I'm so grateful for. Dacia wants us to be truly happy in our new home. We see that and believe that. Dacia diligently keeps us informed anytime there is a home that may suit our needs and is always willing to meet with us quickly, go through homes and give us sound, reliable advice regarding comps and offers and is so flexible with our schedule and mindful of our budget. We are truly so thankful we have her as our realtor. The process was tough dealing with HUD but Dacia kept us informed and had extensive knowledge in foreclosures that put us at ease. Patti has more energy than our 8 month old puppy, and that's saying a lot! What impressed us the most about Patti is her knowledge and willingness to go anywhere in the county and get the job done for her customers. We had friends and other agents try to convince us to use a local Poway Realtor (one agent lived 5 houses away), but we put our trust in Patti and she delivered. She had us in escrow within days and kept control over the deal while the market began to crumble. We will go to Patti again for any real estate or lending needs!
