Lisa is absolutely wonderful! She is highly knowledgeable, can answer virtually ANY question and not only regarding real estate buying//selling. We were first-time buyers, and she was extremely patient and guided us through the process very thoroughly. We were buying a short sale house, and, naturally, encountered a few problems with closing, and Lisa was so nice and kind that she even offered us to stay at her place! She is very attentive too: she brought me presents for the baby shower!! She is very articulate and negotiates well, answers email or text almost immediately. She knows what insurances are best and can recommend very good home inspection service. Very charming personality and pleasant to work with in general. Overall, Lisa Ruiz has my most enthusiastic recommendation!

Lisa called back on a Holiday weekend and worked the entire weekend to show us three homes. We made three offers and moved into one of those homes soon after. Oh yeah, we did most of this from across the country in Maryland! As long as Lisa is working we will never go with another agent when it comes to selling or buying again!

Josh is the man! I was on the fence about selling my property for a few years. I called Josh to get his input and asked for some advice. Josh was able to give great objective information regarding my home's specific market and placed absolutely no pressure on me. The transaction was quick and painless. Josh is probably the most detailed oriented person you will ever meet, and he always makes sure you feel comfortable and informed about every decision during the process. He understands the business deeply and operates at an extremely high level. I am not a "review guy", this is actually the first one I have ever written and I'm not sure who will end up reading this. Having said that, if you are on the fence and need some validation to use Josh, I hope this helps your decision. At the risk of being overly dramatic, I can wholeheartedly say that Josh will be the best real estate agent you will ever use. End of story.
