From the beginning to the end Patti was amazing. We initially expressed interest in buying a house and selling ours, she helped us with all of the headaches in the process. Patti has extensive knowledge of the market and locations we were looking in. She also works closely with independent contractors which helped us get our house ready for sale. Need a well or water service, plumber, electrician or handyman? She has one. This saved my wife and I the stress of searching for ourselves, (wife takes care of our two daughters and is pregnant with a third, I work 7 days a week), and also saved us a lot of money! We spoke with Patti daily and she would give updates as soon as she got them. I have never met someone so invested and hard working. Thank you very much Patti for helping us find our dream home! We appreciate everything you do.

Patti Roesch is honest and great at what she does. She told me what I needed to do to sell my homes fast and easily. She bought and brought floor samples, paint samples, plants and more. She was at my home any time I needed her and was always available on the phone. Patti made an ugly pile of paperwork super-fast and easy. She knew lots of people who had excellent talents who could come and help make my homes sellable and at great prices. After selling our two homes, she made buying our dream house not only possible, but easy. My daughter worked for a large real estate company, I asked her if she could recommend a good realtor, and her answer was, "No, there is not one realtor who is honest that I could recommend." I would recommend Patti to anyone.

In addition, she knows all the contractors and handymen to give that house a best face forward! Our family was thrilled when she sold my father's house for much more than what we had hoped for. I was impressed with her constant communication with our family and the buyer's realtor, and her assistance with all of the necessary paperwork. In the future, you can be assured I will again have her "in my corner" for any sale or purchase of a home.
