We ended up purchasing a fixer upper and she was amazing at all negotiations that come with a fixer. Dacia is reliable, ethical, and downright fun to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone!

We absolutely love having Dacia McComb as our realtor! Dacia has been walking with us in the whole process of buying our first home. It has been so great to work with her. Dacia's extensive knowledge of the industry and San Diego market, teamed with her gracious, patient demeanor has been so refreshing. My husband and I are incredibly picky about what we want, and have completely opposite tastes in homes, however Dacia has such a great way at helping us come together and figure out what's most important for both of us. She's amazing at this! At the same time we never feel rushed in the process which I'm so grateful for. Dacia wants us to be truly happy in our new home. We see that and believe that. Dacia diligently keeps us informed anytime there is a home that may suit our needs and is always willing to meet with us quickly, go through homes and give us sound, reliable advice regarding comps and offers and is so flexible with our schedule and mindful of our budget. We are truly so thankful we have her as our realtor. The process was tough dealing with HUD but Dacia kept us informed and had extensive knowledge in foreclosures that put us at ease. Looking back, this home was an awesome investment for us and we would not have been able to make it work if it wasn't for Dacia. Thank you Dacia for being such an awesome realtor! Her expertise and knowledge of the housing market was so valuable. She was able to give me wonderful advice and guide me through the process of finding and buying the perfect home.
